Return & Exchange Policy

At Emus Fashion, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Items must be returned or requested for exchange within 3–5 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear
  • Discounted or final sale items
  • Customized or personalized orders

3. Return & Exchange Process

  • Contact our Customer Support team within the return period.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Pack the product securely and send it to our return address (shared by support team).
  • Once inspected and approved, we will process your exchange or refund.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product or request a refund/store credit.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

  • If you choose a refund instead of an exchange, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was delivered faulty or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
