At Emus Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 2–4 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Lingerie, innerwear, and swimwear
  • Discounted or final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the product to our return address (provided by customer support).
  • Once received, we will inspect the item and process your request.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund via mobile banking/bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.

5. Exchanges

We allow size/color exchanges if the requested item is available. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
